These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Milk & Crumb online ordering service at milkandcrumb.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About Milk & Crumb
Milk & Crumb is a bakery currently operating under the Oregon cottage bakery law. All products are made in a home kitchen. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Please contact us with any allergy concerns before ordering.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed through our website and are subject to availability. Selecting a date does not guarantee fulfillment; we will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due by the scheduled pickup or delivery date unless otherwise arranged. We accept card payments through Square. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled date to cancel or modify your order. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a full refund, as ingredients may already have been purchased. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis — please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery are only available on the dates and within the service area shown on our order form. Delivery outside our service area is not available. We are not responsible for product quality after pickup or successful delivery.
6. SMS Communications — Milk & Crumb Ordering Alerts
By providing your phone number at checkout you consent to receive text messages from Milk & Crumb for order verification and order confirmation purposes.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After texting STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, sign up again at checkout.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. You will receive up to 2 messages per order. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milk & Crumb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or consumption of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at milkandcrumb.com/terms. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
